Each order is packed with love, so please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and delivered. Orders placed Friday after 1:00 PM EST through Sunday will begin processing the following business day. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please note, that we require a photo of the original shipping packaging (box) and product clearly showing the damage of the product, including spills and dented product packaging. Failure to provide proper photo documentation of damaged products will not be compensated.
