Shipping & Returns
Kurlee Belle ships to the United States, Canada, Europe, and the United Kingdom.
For orders shipping within the Domestic United States, we have two shipping options:
Standard (3-7 business days): $5.95
Express (2-3 business days): $15.00
If your order exceeds $50.00, shipping is on us!
For international orders to UK, Canada & Europe, only standard international shipping is available at this time. Standard shipping rates depend on country, but free shipping is still applied to orders exceeding $50.00. Shipping times for each country are provided at checkout.
Each order is packed with love, so please allow 3-8 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and delivered. Orders placed Friday after 1:00 PM EST through Sunday will begin processing the following business day. You will receive an email with tracking information the day your order ships.
You will not be responsible for paying your return shipping costs. Please note that any original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
We will issue your refund within 4 business days of receiving your return and will follow with a confirmation email once done. The refunded amount should be available on your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Refunds will not be issued if product is used.
Order Changes / Cancellations
Please email us at email@example.com or call us at 704-469-3437 as soon as possible. Kurlee Belle cannot make adjustments to orders after they have been placed and orders that have begun processing cannot be cancelled.
If you are looking to return your Kurlee Belle order, please reach out to us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the return. Returns will not be accepted on items that were on sale.
Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. We monitor returns for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges including those with or without proof of purchase. We do not accept returns on Kurlee Belle products that were purchased anywhere other than kurleebelle.com, please reference that specific retailers return policy for instructions on how to do so. For international returns, please email our team at email@example.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged.
